We're building a private, device-first app for caregivers who manage visit records, medication details, and care coordination. We need a small group of real testers to help us find what breaks before public release.

Organizing medications, managing care recipients, and finding information later.
Co-caregiver coordination
Inviting a second caregiver, sharing responsibility, and switching between care recipients.
Backup & restore
Testing the backup flow and verifying that a restore brings everything back correctly.
General reliability
Catching crashes, confusing UI, broken flows, and anything that feels wrong.

Honest expectations before you sign up
Small batches
We're inviting a small controlled cohort first — especially caregiver pairs who can test co-caregiver features together. You may not get immediate access.
Pre-release software
The beta is not finished. Things will break. Do not rely on it as your only care record.
Fake data is fine
You do not need to enter real patient names or sensitive health data. Use sample names and test data — we care about the flows, not your real information.
Feedback is the deal
We'll send short feedback prompts via email or in-app. Your input directly shapes what gets fixed and what ships.
Your privacy
What we collect and what stays on your device
MyVisitVault is device-first. Your visit notes, recordings, and care details live on your phone — not in a shared cloud workspace.
The signup form below asks for contact and device information so we can invite you and understand your testing environment. We do not ask for health data or care-recipient names on this form.
Your email is used to send you an invite and feedback requests. That's it. No marketing lists, no third-party sharing.
